BEFORE BEING THE HAIRY MAN I AM TODAY, I SPENT 5 YEARS STUDYING AND DEDICATING MY TIME TO BODYBUILDING, FITNESS AND NUTRITION AS IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!


 I'VE COMPETED IN 3 BODYBUILDING SHOWS FROM THE AGES OF 17-19 WINNING FIRST PLACE TITLES IN ALL 3 SHOWS. 


WHILE I TAKE ON NEW JOURNEYS IN LIFE AND MY FOCUS ISN'T FULLY ON BODYBUILDING AS IT WAS WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER, BEING IN GREAT SHAPE AND TAKING CARE OF MY BODY'S HEALTH WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING THAT I'M PROUD TO SAY I AM IN 100% CONTROL OF.
